- Free admission for individual visitors on Saturdays; group visits from Wednesday to Friday.
- Opening hours: 09:00 - 12:10 and 13:30 - 17:00.
- Guided tours: 09:00, 10:40, 14:00, 15:30. When there are too many people, the venue will be cleared out to accommodate guided tour sessions.
- Closed on Sundays, Mondays and Tuesdays for maintenance.
- All visits are by reservation only:
- For individual reservations, please call +886-2-2893-0105 ext. 8399. Groups of 10 persons or more should make a reservation at least 7 business days in advance (excluding holidays and public holidays) via the Taipei City Government’s City Services Platform.
- The number of visitors in a party is calculated by headcount, regardless of age (i.e. all children including those under 6 years old count as 1 person).
- Reservations are only valid if the TRTC sends notice that the reservation was approved.
- Groups of 10 persons or more wishing to cancel or change their reservation date for any reason, please notify the TRTC one day before the date of your visit.

- Accessibility services: Wheelchair rentals, domestic fax services for people with hearing and vision impairments, and navigation assistance are available.
- Breastfeeding room: Contact the Information Counter for access.
- The most up-to-date regulations will prevail in all cases. In situations not covered by the regulations, the TRTC may follow relevant laws or announcements made by Beitou Resort. Please contact the Information Counter for any enquiries.
